Cookery courses
Gourmet Chef Robert Stolz greets the participants on Saturday at 13.00 pm and discuses the courses, the recipes and the course schedule.
They bake bread together, cut the fish, make sauces and soups, braise meat or prepare desserts. In a relaxed and easy going atmosphere you will learn professional tricks and an insight into the Moderne Northern Cooking Style of Robert Stolz.

The cookery course will end at around 5.30 pm. Directly following this we will serve you a 3 course cookery course menu in our restaurant. We are happy to allow your friends and/or family to join us at 6 pm.
