purStolz – The Praline
Since the beginning of April 2011 Robert Stolz has been working together with Corinna Fleißer from the patisserie 2fach in Kiel. The idea and the recipe for a „Northern Praline“ came from Robert Stolz. Realisation and production was carried out through the manufacture of the Praline by 2fach.
The ingredients are sea buckthorn berries, sunflower seeds, rape honey, barley malt and Valrhona Couvertür (70%).
