this year the „purStolz“ gourmet festival launches for the first time. We would like to present to you the best international chefs in our restaurant. With our close contacts to the best cooks in Europe we now have the opportunity to welcome interesting chefs de cuisine to Plön for two days. We offer you an entire evening with our guest’s philosophy and their purStolz gourmet festival menu. Corresponding drinks will be inclusive, providing a complete arrangement for an exceptional evening.
 
This year, Esben Holmboe Bang from Oslo, owner of the restaurant Maaema, a young celebrity of the new nordic cuisine will be visiting us. The restaurant Maaemo is situated in the centre of Oslo and, under his management, accomplished to rise to one of the best restaurants in Norway in a short period of time.
The Maaeno is the first Scandinavian restaurant to get two Michelin-Stars within the first assessment – just 14 month after its opening in the sparkling glass venue near Oslo Central Station.
 
The seasonal menu in the Maaemo is prepared using only local organic produce, including norwegian fish, herbs and berries. You can look forward to an extraordinary culinary experirence.
