Christiane Stolz is at home in the North of Germany. She was born and raised on the Island of Sylt. She loves it, as hostess, to care for the ambient, the flower arrangements and the decoration in both the hotel and the restaurant. In the restaurant she creates the wine card as she knows and understands exactly the special world of flavour coming out of the kitchen.
